Return

According to the Romanian legislation (regulated by OUG 34/2014), you can return the purchased products within 14 calendar days of their purchase.

The legislation in force applies to individuals. Therefore, you, the consumer, have the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

The only costs that can fall on you, the consumer, are the direct costs of returning the products.

In other words, if you want to return a product, you must send us a notification by email at office@exotique.ro.

The return package must be sent to SC Kroma Trading Exim SRL, Splaiul Unirii no. 96, Bucharest. We do not accept pay packages and packages sent by the Romanian Post, they will be refused. The money is returned to a bank account (IBAN), the client being obliged to communicate in writing via email the bank account (IBAN) in which he wishes the money to be sent.

The refund is made only by bank transfer to the account sent to us by the customer, in accordance with the financial policy of SC Kroma Trading Exim SRL to legally prove the refund.

Returned product must not be damaged, not contain traces of use, returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact and have on it all accompanying documents with which it was shipped by SC Kroma Trading Exim SRL.

Return costs will be supported by the customer, and refund of the product's equivalent will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return package.

If the returned product is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return of this product.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, SC Kroma Trading Exim SRL reserves the right not to accept the return of products which by their nature can not be returned or which can be degraded or damaged rapidly.
